Cameron University athletics
Cameron Aggies is a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) II involved in training students in athletics played at the intercollegiate level. These sports include men’s baseball, basketball, cross country, tennis, women’s basketball, softball, volleyball, track golf, etc.
Cameron Aggies have been excellent having won many conferences including regionals and a national championship.
Cameron University Athletics is one of the strongest proving stances of this university (Cameron University) on the basis that they have produced athletes who have gone on to compete at the professional level.
A place for athletic activities is chosen according to the type and age of the athlete. These places include the Aggie gim, the McCord baseball field, the Stretch Henry family tennis complex. And the McMahon field and the athletic center.

Cameron University baseball is played at the intercollegiate level.
Cameron University still suffers from the same thing that I normally won’t produce professional baseball players. But significantly, the production of players from varsity or minor leagues to professional leagues is more common in baseball than in other sports, in which the Cameron University baseball unit has been instrumental.
Cameron University baseball is played under the auspices of the NCAA, where the NCAA writes the rule for the game.
The final rounds of Cameron’s baseball tournament are known as the World Series Financing; one is held at each of the three NCAA-sanctioned levels of competition. The Cameron University Series for Division II is held in Omaha, Nebraska in June due to peak season and regular season.
Cameron University Baseball’s Division II playoff, with four teams playing in each of the 16 regional spots (in a double-elimination format).
The winners of 16 advanced to the Super Regionals in eight places, played head-to-head in a best-of-three series. The eight winners then advance to the College World Series, a double-elimination tournament (actually two separate groups of four teams) to determine the two national finalists. Finalists play a best-of-three series to determine the Division I national champion.

Each organization has different conferences to divide the teams into groups. Teams are selected at these conferences depending on the location of the schools. These conferences are held due to the regional play of the teams and have a structural schedule for each team to play for the upcoming year. During conference play, teams qualify not only through the entire NCAA [1], but also to the conference in
which they have tournament play leading to the NCAA tournament [2].
Cameron University Basketball is governed by the NCCA. Because the institution essentially partners with this Associate in all of its collegiate sports activities, basketball is, therefore, no exception.

Applicants must be declared of higher education, be admitted to teacher training, be ranked junior or higher, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and demonstrate financial need. Applications are available at Nance-Boyer 1012.
BERNICE PITTMAN MOSS SCHOLARSHIP IN TEACHER EDUCATION
Awarded for the fall during the previous spring semester. Applicants must be juniors or seniors, have a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher, be admitted to the teacher education program, and demonstrate financial need. The Pittman Moss Scholarship is renewable provided a 3.0 GPA is achieved during the first semester of the award and may be renewed for up to four semesters. BUCK AND IRENE CLEMENTS EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS
Awarded for the fall during the previous spring semester. Applicants must be currently enrolled full-time or have completed early childhood classes, participate in extracurricular activities on and/or off-campus, and be eligible for admission to teacher training. Preference is given to student teachers. Applications are available on the Cameron Financial Assistance website.
CLEO CRAIG ASSOCIATE SCHOLARSHIPS IN SPECIAL EDUCATION
Applicants must be a resident of Southwest Oklahoma, a full-time junior or senior, pursuing a degree in special education, and must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. The Craig Scholarship can be held for up to six semesters until special education certification is completed, provided the recipient remains full-time and maintains the minimum GPA. ASSOCIATION COMPANY OF THE RETIRED TEACHERS ASSOCIATION
It is awarded each year to a pre-service teacher who is a junior or higher (perhaps post-baccalaureate). The criteria are GPA, 2 letters of reference, need, an interview, and a 300-word essay. Finalists are selected by the Department’s Scholarship Committee. A panel from the Comanche County Retired Teachers Association reviews the finalists and selects the recipient. HEINZ FAMILY ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIPS
Applicants must be a college student, a resident of Southwest Oklahoma for the past five (5) years, and have a GPA of 2.0-3.5. Applications are available at Nance-Boyer 1012.
JANE M. MORSE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Awarded for the fall during the previous spring semester. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, be admitted to the teacher education program in primary education, and be enrolled in at least twelve hours of coursework at Cameron. REGENT FUTURE PROFESSOR SCHOLARSHIPS

GRADUATION EXEMPTIONS

The TEACH Scholarship Program awards grants of up to $4,000 per year to students who are completing or plan to complete the coursework necessary to begin a career in teaching.
