The University of British Columbia in Canada is promoting a set of international scholarships for students from any nation on the globe who demonstrate a high academic level. This program covers the doctoral course in different subjects or areas taught full-time at UBC.

The student or applicant who is the winner of the international financial support project will receive an amount of $ 20,000, the amount must be used to largely defray the expenses generated by the university tuition.

University of British Columbia, Canada.

Levels and areas of studies:

Full-time doctorate in the subjects or areas available at UBC.

Who can participate ?:

Latino or Hispanic students who demonstrate a high academic level.

The value of the scholarship:

The University of British Columbia through the international scholarship program in Canada will award the winning students an amount of $ 20,000.

Conditions that participants must meet:

  • Be a successful student with a perfect academic record.
  • Candidates must have completed their doctoral education no more than 48 months as of August 31, 2020.
  • Applicants in their sixth year (48 – 60 month doctoral study) will be considered in the most exceptional circumstances.
  • Submit formal admission to the full-time Ph.D. course through the University of British Columbia’s online entry system.
  • Subsequently, you will need to complete a series of forms where you reflect your interest in being part of the scholarship program in Canada for Latino students 2021 – 2022.
  • Fully master the English language, spoken and written. It will be necessary for you to have a certificate in that language, in order to improve your chances of being selected as one of the happy winners of the scholarship in Canada 2021 – 2022.
