Dennis and Rosemary Holloway have graciously donated the Cody Holloway Scholarship Fund to Deakin University in order to help a female student whose financial situation would be significantly improved by attending university.
About the Scholarship:
The year 1974 marked the beginning of what is now known as Deakin University, which was named after Alfred Deakin, who served as Australia’s second Prime Minister. It is the preeminent educational establishment in Australia that established the model for online learning. Both the Bronze Oceania Award and the QS Wharton Reimagine Education Global Award were bestowed upon the educational establishment (2018). - be a Deakin University undergraduate student enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program during the second trimester of 2022; be going through a challenging situation that is affecting your capacity to study;
- Pupils who are either of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, as well as students who come from a refugee background, will be given preference.
