Because of their commitment to the project, the University of Liverpool and NTHU have agreed to exempt overseas students from paying tuition costs totaling £25,000 per year. A stipend of TWD11 000 (equal to £280 per month) will help contribute to living expenses. Extra cash can be made available for those who are outstanding candidates.
