As a matter of fact, a number of citizens from Tuvalu have studied at the Maritime Training Institute to pursue a higher career that involves the ocean surrounding the country.
The Maritime Training Institute was established in the year 1978 and is also a public higher education institution. They are open to international students year-round.
Tuvalu Atoll Science Technology Training Institute was established recently in 2017 and as a public college. This higher education haven offers both vocational and technical education options that students what to use to help guide their college career.
