ABOUT THE INITIATIVES OF PROEDUCA
The mission of the Proeduca Group consists of the integral formation of the student, to train professionals in the skills demanded by today’s society. Proeduca is committed to meeting the needs and expectations of all stakeholders (students, teaching and research staff, administration and services staff, public administrations and society in general), involved in the process, through quality training that seeks continuous improvement and excellence.
Proeduca has a special sensitivity to serve those students who, due to various circumstances, cannot access face-to-face centers or those who, being able to, prefer to opt for more open and innovative solutions that emerging technologies open up on the Internet.

OBJECTIVE OF THE OEI-PROEDUCA SCHOLARSHIPS
These study grants are intended to cover part of the registration fee for the degrees, which are mostly related to the OEI’s areas of responsibility: education, science and culture. Also, with this initiative, both organizations seek to contribute to postgraduate training for qualified professionals and also support initiation into research in the region.
With the launch of this second scholarship, both organizations consolidate their work aimed at training Ibero-American university teachers, which will be reinforced with new initiatives. In this sense, it is highlighted that, since the beginning of the pandemic, the OEI and UNIR —an institution belonging to this educational group— have offered a total of 1,000 free scholarships to university professors in the region, so that they can acquire and improve their skills. digital.

PRE- READMISSION
To apply for an OEI-PROEDUCA scholarship for master’s degrees, it is essential to have previously been admitted to one of the study programs, following the admission process directly with UNIR (https://www.unir.net/), UNIR MX ( https://mexico.unir.net/) or Neumann (https://www.epneumann.edu.pe/).
The applicant must present all the documentation required by the sponsor. Once the student is admitted to the program of their choice, each institution will issue the scholarship recipient with an application letter.
Upon being admitted to the study programs included in the scholarship and receiving the application letter, the applicant will automatically be considered a candidate for the OEI-PROEDUCA scholarship.

What benefits do the OEI – Proeduca Scholarships offer for Latin Americans?

1. The partial scholarship will cover part of the study over the total cost of tuition and is applicable only to the value of the selected study program. This percentage will be assumed by the student.
2. On the other hand, the remaining percentage will be covered by PROEDUCA as a result of its Training mission in Latin America.

NOTES
a. Expenses such as the admission fee, translation, and notarization or authentication of documents, study materials, qualification procedures and obtaining a degree, and any other expense not indicated, are not contemplated in this scholarship.
b. The benefits are subject to the scholarship recipient’s academic performance to maintain the scholarship for the duration of the study program. The scholarship recipient should not be reported with academic withdrawal due to absences from the program and/or failure of subjects. In addition, he must maintain an average equal to or greater than 5/10.

What are the requirements to obtain one of the OEI – Proeduca Scholarships for Latin Americans?

1. Interested parties with nationality and/or permanent legal residence from any of the Latin American Member States of the OEI will be eligible.
2. To be a beneficiary of the scholarship, the candidate must have completed the admission process and have been admitted to the study program of any of the selected institutions
3. Not have received other academic scholarships from the OEI or Product, in the same level of studies proposed for this student grant.
4. Before starting any Program, all Scholarship Holders must demonstrate their financial capacity to cover the costs of the Program not covered by the Scholarship within an established period.
