- The candidates’ applications will be evaluated based on whether or not they satisfy all of the following criteria:
- Citizenship in one of the South Asian nations is required (Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, India, and Sri Lanka)
- You need to accept the terms of the Letter of Offer and pay the Start-Up Fee before the Acceptance Deadline.
- You need to be a full-time international student who is beginning an undergraduate or postgraduate (coursework) degree on campus (or online if you are affected by COVID-19 border limitations).

In memory of the tragic events that occurred in the Department of Econometrics and Business Statistics and its honors students in October of 2002, these scholarships are awarded to students.
