Hi. Yes to answer your first question, your studies can be funded directly in Uganda where you live and study, but as long the scholarship is from Uganda country.
If the specific scholarship offers also tuition support expenses then yes, you can be helped also with tuition.
We don’t offer fund directly, as we have said many other times. We only offer scholarship information that can help you to get a scholarship from an University, but no more than that.
