About Charlotte Christian School

Charlotte Christian School is a prestigious non-denominational, college preparatory, private Christian school for students in grades K-12 located on 55 wooded acres in southeast Charlotte.

The school focuses on training students to effectively integrate Biblical truth and learning into their daily lives and impact the culture for Christ.

They also aim to provide educational programs that help foster physical fitness and athletics in students.

Speaking of its accreditation, the school was accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the Council for Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS-CASI).

The school has a total enrollment of 1,045 students, a student-teacher ratio of 13:1, and 77 full-time students.

High School (grades 9-12)

This school is another level of personal exploration through a rigorous academic program.

extended day program

For children in grades JK through 5, Charlotte Christian School’s extended school day program offers treatment outside of normal school hours.

The Extended Day Program is designed to enrich students’ academic, cultural, social, and physical growth through structured activities and supervised free time.

Children have access to classrooms, computers, and outdoor play areas for homework, games, and other extracurricular activities.

Special field trips on teacher workdays and early release days increase the importance of the Extended Day program for our students and their families. The rates listed are for the current fiscal year.

What is Charlotte Christian School Tuition 2022?

Charlotte Christain School is one of the most affordable schools for K-12 students in the country. For this academic session 2022-2023, the tuition for students in grades 1-5 is $18,495, the tuition for students in grades 6-8 is $19,775, while that for grades 9-12 is $22,255.

This tuition includes a daily nutritious lunch program provided by Flik Food Services, technology support for instruction, textbooks, language arts novels, Windy Gap Retreat, and caps and gowns for seniors.

For high school students, tuition covers one laptop and one iPad for high school students.

Students are expected to pay a non-refundable deposit of $800 at the time of initial registration or re-registration.

What is the Charlotte Christian School Admissions Process?

Just as all schools have their application process and requirements, so does Charlotte Christain School.

To apply to the latter, the following steps must be followed;

  • Click the “Apply Now” button below. (A non-refundable fee of $90 is required with each application.)
    Select the blue “Create Account” link to create a username and password.
    After entering your basic information, select the “Create Account” button.
  • Please note that the system recognizes the email address. If this happens, your email address will be highlighted in red after you hit “Send”.
  • If this happens, select the “Forgot to sign in?” button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address to receive an automated reply with your username and password.
    Once you receive your username and password, you will have access to complete the online application, monitor your student’s progress through the admissions process, and learn more about Charlotte Christian School.

These grants are governed by certain principles, which must be strictly respected. some of them include:

  • In order to obtain financial aid, students must be accepted into Charlotte Christain School.
  • The aid will not exceed 50% of the tuition.
  • Financial aid must be awarded based on demonstrated financial need and is assessed through an independent third-party program, School and Student Services (SSS).
  • Students must complete the application process prior to receiving new sibling awards.
