Scholarship details
KU Leuven offers Taiwan Scholarship Program which gives over a time of 5 years grants for up to 25 approaching Taiwanese students. The grant program is accessible to Ph.D. students at KU Leuven, in all area of fields study.
This scholarship is granted for a time of 3 to 4 years. It would be ideal if you note half of the grant is to be secured by the KU Leuven administrator! Consistently the aggregate cost of the grant will be partitioned in a 1-1 proportion between the KU Leuven boss and the Taiwanese Ministry of Education. Every grant will pay:
A yearly stipend at a rate which might not be not exactly the 100% KU Leuven Ph.D. grants for non-EEU residents, this is tax-free however covers social security https://www.kuleuven.be/internationaal/iam/intranet/toelatingsbeleid/kostprijzen
The scholarship also covers the health insurance and liability insurances, and this is for up to five years.
Students must be a Taiwan citizen, residing in Taiwan, Kinmen, Matsu, and Penhu. Please note that the Taiwanese students who are outside Taiwan or studying outside Taiwan are not qualified to apply. A previous degree is also a must.
