The scholarship accounts for either one-quarter to half of the total tuition fee. The number of scholarships also varies. Candidates must ace their SAT scores if they want to make the cut and their academic performance will be in the top ten percentile in their school. Another prerequisite is that applicants are international students. However, they must have a student visa already.
In order to apply, prospective scholarship winners need to submit a full 2017 Common Application and USC Writing Supplement. The deadline is set on 1 December. Additional documents may be submitted up to 15 January, 2018. The amount of the scholarship varies.
