UNT Excellence Scholarship 2023

The University of North Texas is pleased to offer excellent scholarships to new freshmen who have a proven track record of academic success. There are five levels of excellence scholarships.

Host/Eligible Nationality: The University of North Texas Scholarship is open to Texas residents, non-Texas residents, and other eligible international students.

Level/Field of Study: This scholarship is open to UNT freshmen who have graduated in the upper half of their studies in high school class.

To be eligible, all applicants must score at least 24 on their ACT or 1100 on their SAT.

Scholarship Worth: The scholarship amount ranges from $1,000 to $10,000. The exact amount depends primarily on your test scores and rank in your graduating class.

UNT Transfer Scholarship 2023

This offer is open only to students who have begun their studies at another institution and who intend to transfer to UNT.

Host/Eligible Nationality: This UNT Scholarship 2023 is open to Texas residents, non-Texas residents, and other eligible international students.

Scholarship Worth: Selected applicants are awarded scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 based on their cumulative transfer grade point average.

To be eligible, all students must have at least a 3.0 point average from their current college or university. Additionally, students must have completed at least 45 hours.

Department Sponsored Scholarships 2023

In addition to the above Scholarships, some departments have their own scholarships.

Departments administer their own scholarship processes for donor-funded scholarships.

Scholarships for Graduate Students 2023

Graduating students with an average score of at least a 3.25 GPA may also apply for the University of North Texas Scholarships 2022.

Additionally, new students must be officially admitted to a UNT graduate program before receiving the scholarship.

Continuing students can apply for this scholarship, provided they have at least a 3.25 GPA.
