It also provides bachelor’s degrees in physics and chemistry. Heriot Watt University has a number of noteworthy alumni, including Theodore S. Clerk, the first architect from Ghana and developer of the port city of Tema, Sir Nicholas Grimshaw, Swan medal and prize-winning physicist Iain Baikie, and Maurice Tulloch, CEO of Aviva.
