Good news for all graduates! MEXT UR Scholarships 2022 at Asia Pacific University provides another better postgraduate opportunity to study in Japan. MEXT University (UR) 2022 Recommendation Scholarships are offered for Masters and Ph.D. programs.
The MEXT scholarship is awarded by the Japanese government to outstanding international students. The Fully Funded 2022 Japanese Government Scholarships (MEXT UR Scholarships 2022) for Masters and Ph.D. studies will be awarded at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU).
The goal of MEXT International Scholarships is to promote and enhance intercultural understanding among international students. Students must first apply for admission to Asian Pacific University.
At APU, more than 90% of students are studying on a scholarship. IELTS / TOEFL is not required to apply for this fully-funded international scholarship in Japan.
Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University is one of the best universities in Japan. It was founded in April 2000. There are more than 5000 national and international students enrolled at APU.

- Monthly allocation 144,000 JPY / month
- Roundtrip air tickets.
Conditions that participants must meet:
- All international students from all over the world can apply to MEXT scholarships, except citizens of a country that has diplomatic relations with Japan or who have Japanese nationality.
- A candidate must have a GPA of 2.00 on a scale of 3.00 from his previous university.
- IELTS or TOEFL is not required
Instructions to apply:
- Submit your application at Asian Pacific University before November 18, 2020.
- After reviewing the applications, Asian Pacific University will inform MEXT about the outstanding students for the college recommendation of the scholarship.
- Successful candidates will be notified and asked to submit the required documents to MEXT.
