SDGs &Her is a global online contest for businesswomen to relay or explain how their personal business of interest is working in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Application closing date:

10th of January, 2020.

Eligible countries:

International (all countries all over the world are eligible).

Location of the award:

This award is to be hosted in Washington D.C, USA.

Award type:

Contest/Competition.

Eligibility for this award:

* Applicant must be a woman that has been in business for at least the past 3 years.

* She must have a micro-enterprise, having not less than an employee and not more than nine.

*Having access and being eligible for a loan of under $10,000, being able to muscle up sales of under $100,000 in a year.

Selection requirements:

Participants are going to be screened by a university partner, and subsequently, be judged by the selected expert panel. The winner will then be determined by the judges based on what impact she has made on the SDGs’ purpose and vision, and clarity of her presentation.

Value of the award:

The Awardee will be honored in April 2020, at an event on the side of the 2020 World Bank Group-IMF Spring Meetings that take place in Washington D.C, USA, and in addition to that, her story and other notable contestants’ stories will be published by the partner websites and social media.
