Scholarship details
The Women’s Western Golf Foundation proudly presents the Women’s Western Golf Foundation Scholarship. The scholarship aims to provide assistance to female High School seniors showing financial need and potential in the academic as well as the athletic field. The scholarship amounts to $2000 and is given annually to deserving individuals. The Women’s Western Golf Foundation Scholarship is also renewable as long as the recipients meets the qualifications.
In order to be eligible for the grant, the female High School senior must be a US citizen who is planning to head to college. The applicant must be accepted to an accredited college or university in terms of requirements or entrance exams if required so.
To apply for the scholarship, the applicant must fill out the Student Aid Report and file it to the Department of Education during the application period. Aside from that, there will also be a preliminary application form that must be filled out prior to March 1. This form will ask for the general information of the individual, financial state of the family, and how the individual is involved with golf.
