The Women for Africa Foundation is now offering women candidates to enroll in Spanish universities and pursue their degrees while focusing exclusively on their studies. The programme is intended as a stepping stone towards the increase exchange of knowledge and know-how between female students from all parts of the world.
The Women for Africa Foundation is a private entity founded in 2012 by former vice president of the Government of Spain, María Teresa Fernández de la Vega, with the aim of contributing to the development of Africa through its women. Since then, the Foundation has launched a dozen projects in the areas of education, economic development, health, and knowledge and women empowerment.
You will need to apply as soon as you can, because the application deadline is firmly set at 6 May 2018. All scholarships will be available for both undergraduate and graduate students.
The total number of scholarships avaialble is not given, but all of those scholarship offers will be tenable in Spain alone.
