The Wells Mountain Foundation is seeking to help students from developing countries to excel. Through a great offering of undergraduate (Bachelor’s degrees), students will find new opportunities to tap into.

Students have a great selection of universes to pick from. It may be a university at the candidate’s home country or an institution based in another developing country.

In addition, there are no restriction as to the choice of subject. You can tap into any number of fields, including social work, business, information technology, engineering, agriculture and so forth.

Overall, there will be between 20 and 40 scholarships every year. The target group is citizens of developing countries. The scholarships’ pricing ranges between $300 and $3,000.  On average, $1,400 will be distributed to students who prove their academic merit and worth.

If you want to apply for the scholarship, then you will have to fulfil several criteria:

  • You will have to have successfully completed high school/secondary education;
  • You will be obliged to return to your home country after graduation and advance its cause;
  • The successful candidate will also be prepared to put in volunteer work as part of his studies;
