Scholarship details
The World Council of Churches is a fellowship group of churches. It a community to bring the to visible of one faith and one Eucharistic fellowship that express in worship and common life of Jesus. It is a ecumenical group that advocates who goal is Christian Unity. World Council of Churches is embody the goal of one faith and one Eucharistic fellowship, promote their work for mission and evangelism, renewal of faith and mission of service. As part of their evangelism and spreading the good news and word of god, World Council of Churches creates scholarships collaborated with the network of National correspondents which the organization accompany for developing human resources.
The application for the scholarship program is available to each country from the National Correspondents and it is also available through online by registering through their website, ttp://wcc-coe.org/wcc/what/education/scholarships-e.html. The application should be submitted in well advance since the process will take from one country to another for about 12 months.
The eligible applicants is open to all World Council of Churches members. The candidate must be also finished their High school education that possesses basic training for employment and preferably come with several years of work experience related to the proposed field of study. The applicants will begin study with their scholarship after the year of the confirmation as they were being selected by the National committee. He/she must agree the terms the awards specify that he/she will return to his/her respective country to take the task or tole which the study was requested to complete the programme.
