The Vice Chancellor’s Global International awards were instituted by Newcastle University as a way of assisting brilliant students in the advancement of their education. The University will be giving five bursaries to exceptional international applicants for the full-time Master’s studies for the 2020-2021 session.

Newcastle University is one of the biggest EU research portfolios in the United Kingdom. It is a world-leading university with the aim of advancing knowledge and providing creative solutions which is able to address global problems. The university has also been involved in many museums in the region for many years.

Candidates who study at this university have the opportunity of learning a second foreign language, engaging in rich sports and student exchange programs. The university educates students thereby preparing them for international careers.

Eligibility:

– The grant for school is open to candidates from all countries except Argentina, Canada, Brazil, China, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, India, Ghana, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Mexico, USA, Turkey, Vietnam, Venezuela, Egypt, Vietnam, Uganda, Nigeria, and Kenya.

– Candidates can opt for any subject that is offered in the Post Graduate degree at the university

– Applicants can be regarded as international students for fee purposes and must hold an offer for a Master’s degree program at the City center campus of Newcastle University for the 2020/2021 session. Applicants are also expected to have the equivalent of an upper second class UK honors degree or above.

To apply, candidates are expected to have gotten admission for the Master’s degree coursework at the Newcastle University. After enrolment interested students can submit an online award application form

Applicants are expected to provide documentation of the details of their qualification, this would include pre-university qualifications and details of why you are applying for the school grant.
