Scholarship details
The University of Pretoria in South Africa is now inviting students who want to take their Masters or Doctoral degree. The offer stands for the 2018 UP Postgraduate and Master Bursary Conditiona scholarship.
Students who sign up for these offers will automatically be considered for the bursary. However, just because you are put on a fasttrack for the scholarship does not mean that you will get it.
Bursary funds are eligible even for part-time students and they are distributed to a student’s account upon admission, which will help you knock the costs of your degree right off the start.
The scholarship applies for law, humanities, education, engineering, health science, economic and management, agricultural sciences, and even theology.
The award is worth different amounts depending on its level. For a doctoral degree, you will receive R16,000. For a Master’s, the sum will be R15,000. And finally, for a masters by coursework, you will get R10,000.
The good news about the scholarship is that it is available for all international candidates. You must be admitted at the university prior to 28 February and March 2018. Otherwise, you will not be considered eligible for the scholarships.
