The University of Tennessee is a public sun- and land-grant university in Knoxville, Tennessee, United States. Founded in 1794, two years before Tennessee became the 16th state.
The University of Tennessee offers a scholarship for International Undergraduate Students. The award is 5,000 to 15,000 US dollars per year and 2,500 USD to 7,500 USD per semester.Students can consult the full list of academics here http://www.utk.edu/academics/
Scholarship is renewable freshmen up to eight semesters or transfer students for up to four semesters. This scholarship can only be taken in the USA.
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship students must meet the following requirements. Students must have a degree seeking international student on a temporary visa to study in the US. Students must not be eligible for: US federally funded financial aid or in-state (resident) tuition.If you are an international student who is completing high school in a foreign country or in the US, Is entering UT directly from a foreign or US university, Has completed or is completing an associate’s degree from an accredited US college.
Note that the student who are a dual citizen or permanent residents are not eligible to apply.
Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
This scholarship doesn’t have a test requirements.
