The University of Alberta is putting forth roughly 10-15 Medical Sciences Graduate Program Scholarships esteemed at $6,500 each. The scholarships are accessible as a commitment to the stipend of students enrolled full time in a proposal based MSc or Ph.D. in Medical Sciences Graduate Program (MSGP) in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry.

The students must be presently enlisted or acknowledged to begin as of January 2019 as a full-time proposition based graduate students in the Medical Sciences Graduate Program (MSc or Ph.D.) in one of the accompanying divisions in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry: Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, Dentistry, Laboratory Medicine and Pathology, Medical Genetics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, Pediatrics and Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging.
- The students may not simultaneously hold any significant honors ($13,000 or more prominent), or some other stipend scholarship from the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry (e.g. 75th Anniversary Award, FoMD/AHS Student Recruitment Studentships, Motyl Graduate Studentship).
- The students might be qualified to hold this honor more than once.
- Award will be pulled back if the students finish his/her program or stop to keep up full-time enlistment.
