Scholarship details
The School of Modern Languages and Cultures (SMLC) is offering one Dr Peter Davies Scholarship will be available for all candidates who want to participate in the master’s level of study right away. The University of Glasgow offers some great opportunities for candidates who seek them. All English-speakers and international students who have proven their mastery of the English language may apply.
The deadline extends until 31 May 2018 and the scholarship will be available in multiple humanitarian studies, with a strong focus on languages. You may take up French, German, Hispanic (Studies), Italian, Slavonic Languages and Cultures.
The scholarship will be worth GBP5,000 and it will be open to students of all nationalities. The total number of the scholarship however remains unknown. The scholarships are only tenable in the United Kingdom.
A number of countries that are Member States of the EU may apply, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Wales.
