Scholarship details
The Pittsburg Promise Scholarship open to senior high school students attending Pittsburg public schools. The applicant need not have to be a star athlete nor a straight A student in their batch. And its offering is not limited at all.
Requirements of the scholarship are pretty simple. The applicant must be a resident of Pittsburg at least four years straight, enrolled in a public school of the said city. Applicant must have an impeccable attendance at school and with an average of at least 2.5.
This scholarship is accredited in numerous universities, colleges, trade and technical schools in Pennsylvania. The scholarship will shoulder tuition and fees only. And the fund will be wired to the chosen university directly.
Once an applicant qualifies, he or she must have a full load per semester and maintain an average grade of 2.0.
