Description
In a bid to raise awareness among young people about important privacy matters in a digital age, BestVPN.com is awarding $2,000 twice per year to students who writes the best 500-1,000 word essay on the topic of privacy.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the award candidates must be a graduating high school senior or must be an undergraduate, graduate, or professional college student who is currently enrolled or plans to enroll at an accredited college or university.

Winners of the grant will be awarded $2,000
Deadline
There are two deadlines for the scholarship; April 30th and October 30th annually.
What the scholarship board is looking for
The scholarship board is looking for creative, thoughtful, and properly-written responses to the scholarship essay prompt. Winners will be notified within 60 days of the application deadline via email.
How to apply
To apply, candidates are expected to write and submit a 500-1000 word essay in response to the essay prompt below;
Discuss the biggest privacy potential risk that is faced by consumers of DNA genetic testing companies. What is likely to happen if human DNA information were to fall into wrong hands? What are the likely benefits from the potential of DNA technology without the risk of losing our privacy?
