Scholarship details
The School of Geography, Politics, and Sociology (GPS) at Newcastle University is putting forth Sociology Scholarships for students who want to pursue their master program in September 2018. Both home and international students are welcome to apply. To be considered, candidates more likely than not connected to the University for a place on one of the accompanying projects, citing code GPS18 in the ‘Studentship/Partnership Reference’ field on the online application form:
- Geography
- MA Human Geography (Research)
- MA Local and Regional Development (Research)
- MPhil Geography as a Science
The School of Geography, Politics, and Sociology (GPS) was framed in 2003. It consolidated three separate divisions, every one of which has a long history of instructing and research. Geology has been educated at Newcastle University since 1927, Politics for over 50 years and Sociology for right around 40 years.
