Scholarship details
The Southern Cross University is now accepting applications for STEM and Health Scholarships. The scholarships is intended for international students in science, engineering, forestry and health science programmes at the Gold Coast, Lismore and Coffs Harbour campuses at Southern Cross University.
The scholarship is available for undergraduate students who are willing to pursue their studies full-time. The SCU International STEM and Health Scholarship will fund students to the tune of $5,000. The money will be forwarded towards students as a one-off payment and can then be used to cover costs of the second year of studies.
In order to qualify for the scholarship, students are expected to meet a number of criteria:
· They must apply to study full-time postgraduate coursework degree from the School of Environment Science and Engineering or School of Health and Human Science at one of the aforementioned campuses;
· Students must pass all exams, striving towards the best scores;
· Citizens or permanent residents of Australia or New Zealand are not eligible to apply
In order to apply, prospective grantees need to submit an application form at either intapps-at-scu.edu.a or apply through an SCU Education Agent. The deadline is set for November 3 2017.
