Scholarship details
The Coshocton Foundation proudly presents the Sam Claw Memorial Scholarship. Sam Claw Memorial Scholarship is a $1000 worth of educational scholarship that will be awarded to a graduating senior of either Coshocton High School or a Home-schooled student.
Interested students must complete and submit the necessary documents as stated below:
- Duly accomplished application form (the standard Coshocton Foundation Scholarship Application)
- Copy of letter of acceptance from an accredited degree or certificate granting institution
- Copy of high school transcript or equivalent record of academic performance,
- Wallet-size photo of applicant (senior picture excellent).
All documents must be submitted and completed on or before February 28, 2018 to the student’s high school guidance office or other area designated by the school for scholarship application submission. Students from the Home-school may submit their completed application to the Coshocton Foundation, P.O. Box 55, Coshocton, Ohio 43812. Applicants are also required to submit a copy of tuition statement from the college to the Coshocton Foundation before payment of scholarship award will be made.
