Scholarship details
The Pyrometallurgy Innovation Centre (PYROSEARCH) at the University of Queensland is seeking applicants for Pyrometallurgy Innovation Centre HDR Scholarship. The scholarship is available for both Australian and International applicants. The main purpose of the scholarship is to provide an opportunity for young researchers. The scholarships that will be awarded this year are available to pursue postgraduate research programs. The number of scholarships that will be provided this year is unknown and is based on the results shown by the applicants.
All international students are eligible to apply for this scholarship. The award that is going to be provided includes:
– Base stipend of $26,682 per annum (2017 rate), indexed annually. The 2018 base stipend rate will be $27,082.
– Top-up and assistance with relocation may also be provided.
Entrance Requirement: Applicants should have a good Honours or a Masters degree.
English Language Requirement: The candidate should have a very good command over the English language.
