Scholarship details
The scholarship is being offered by the University of Wollongong and will add to an Australian Research Council Linkage Project that includes close coordinated effort with industry to create imaginative programming testing advances for the machine learning, huge information, and digital security applications. Students are welcome to apply for a Doctor of Philosophy scholarship in the interdisciplinary region of programming building (specifically, programming testing) and machine learning, to nearly work together with a product testing organization in the industry.
The successful applicant will direct research to investigate the exchange between programming testing and machine learning. From one perspective, the students will create imaginative programming testing strategies to take care of troublesome issues in testing machine learning applications, for example, those for self-driving autos, enormous information investigation, picture and common dialect preparing, too as digital security.
Then again, the students will apply machine learning strategies to enhance programming testing methods, including testing viability and proficiency. Different test scope criteria, test oracles, transformative testing, irregular and versatile arbitrary testing, fuzz testing, among others, will be considered.
Candidates should hold an Honors 1 or high 2A (or identical) college degree in a relevant discipline identified with software engineering or programming building, or the comparable blend of expert experience and scholastic capabilities, or an exploration master’s degree identified with software engineering or programming designing.
The deadline for application is until February 28, 2018.
