Scholarship details
For international students who want to commence their education in South Korea, Sogang University offers the Global Emerging Scholarship III for the academic year 2022-2023. The scholarship is intended for the undergraduate degree students that will help them to be more equipped in their academic excellence and the most acquired knowledge needed to pursue their career goals.

- Must be international students
- International students must meet the grading system required by the university
- Point average of 2.50 or higher
Scholarship Application Process
All students who are interested to apply for the scholarship must be admitted at the university in an online portal provided by the university. Students must submit their supporting documents as part of their application. The following documents are:

Scholarship Awards
The students who will be receiving the awards will be granted a quarter scholarship that will consist of the student’s admission fees and half of the tuition fees for eight semesters in an undergraduate degree program at the university.
There are no specific numbers of awards to be given and the selections of the students will be based on the student’s academics and financial reports. The partial tuition fee reports are granted to the international freshman undergraduate students for the academic year of 2022-2023.
The successful international students will be notified through an email and will be announced on the official website of the university.
Application Deadline
The deadline for the scholarship application is until November 30, 2021.
The scholarship will be offered annually.
