Outstanding students from prominent science high schools in the country can be selected as recipients of the Nicanor Reyes Science Scholarship Program (NRSSP). Qualified students must have an advanced percentile mark results in FEU CAT with a GPA of not less than 88 in high school and belongs to a family earning an annual income of less than Php360,000.00.

To be eligible for the program, the student must be a bonafide Filipino countryman who possesses good character. S/he must have a superior percentile grade on FEU CAT and earned a GPA at least 88 in high school.

Students who have passed the qualification are required to submit the following documents:
• Finished Application form attached with a current 2×2 colored photo with white background
• Latest ITR or certification declaring the tax exemption of both parents
• Two letters of recommendation from the school faculty or administration fastened with photocopy version of recommender’s valid ID which are given to AFA Director
• Certification of good moral and character from the High School graduated in (for incoming new students)
• Indigency Certificate or any proof stating the membership of the applicant’s family in the Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program (4Ps), if available

Grantees of the program are entitled to receive a complete tuition waiver including discount on identified miscellaneous fees which can be continuously granted for four or five years (based on the degree course) given that the scholar meets the requirements for retention listed below.
• Must be a full-time student
• Must obtain a GWA of B (3.0) or above
• Must earn all grades higher than C+ (2.5)
• Must have not been subjected to any school offense
