Leg stands for Law, Economics, and Governance. The Utrecht University created the LEG scholarship program for all international students who wish to finish their master’s program at Netherlands. The University aims to offer an exceptional education at a low cost.
The university wanted to invest and contribute to all talented international students, with a high-level of academics, basing on their achievements, quality and results from their educations or career engagements.
Students are awarded to learn in one of the English taught Master’s program. Law, Economics, and Governance. The scholarship will be covering the tuition fee cost and another related living cost.
If the students will pay the statutory tuition fee mainly EU/EEA student: 6000$ US Dollar, and for the institutional tuition fee mostly the non-EU/EEA students: 20600$ US Dollar.
Note that the scholarship is renewable if the students is making a satisfactory progress towards their degree for the past two years. Hence that the scholarship is not a fully funded, and it is necessary to look for another funding to be able to finance the study and some additional fees.
Students must have an academic quality, be showing some evidence of education like grades, test results, or letter of recommendations. A vision of their career, society engagement, motivation letter.
February 1, 2018, will be the deadline for applying for this scholarship.
