The Kouk Foundation is again announcing the Diploma Scholarship. The scholarship award will be given to those eligible applicants to pursue a degree in the field of Polytechnics. This is offered to the students of Malaysia who show potential in academics but belongs to underprivileged families.
Kuok Foundation is a non-profit charitable institution which was founded Kuok family in 1970. The family believes that their good fortune in the business must be given back to the people through sustainable help which is education. This foundation aims to counter poverty and alleviate the lives of the young people of Malaysia through education. In this way they also promote the values of sharing and caring for those underprivileged but deserving students who are active in school.
The scholarship is offered to Malaysian citizens only. The interested applicants must have at least 4 SPM credits in any of the following subjects Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mathematics, Science or one subject relevant to the course. The applicants must not have scholarship in other institution and must have an overall grade of at least 3.0 and above in their latest Polytechnic results. The scholarship grant is worth 1470 USD per annum that will be awarded to successful applicants. Application deadline will be on December 19, 2017.
Interested applicants for the scholarship must apply via online. Application forms and other documents must be submitted by hand or by a courier at The Kuok Foundation office on or before December 26, 2017.
