International PhD Fellowship at John Innes Centre in United Kingdom is calling all applicants to pursue Doctorate level Degree to all nonresidents of China. The scholarship is open to all International students except the Chinese origins. This scholarship is being spearheaded by the Group of Dr. Evangelos Tatsis at the Shanghai Institute of Plant Physiology and Ecology (SIPPE). This scholarships aims to promote young scientists in the field of Plant Physiology and Ecology for the PhD degree.
The organization John Innes Centre is recognized internationally as an independent plant science, research, genetics, and microbiology laboratory. English Language proficiency is a compliance but to the non-English native speaker, there are still greater chance to qualify as long as must adhere to the standard rating proficiency test as required by the University.
Course level is for the Doctorate level only and scholarship can be taken in the UK. Subject area is exclusive only to the general area of plant natural products biosynthesis.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Non-Chinese origin PhD Students having a master Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry
• An International Students willing to join the lab during the spring semester 2018
• Must be talented, enthusiastic, hard-working and show passion as a young scientist
• Must be highly motivated to boost their research career in the area of plant natural products biosynthesis
College Admission Requirement
Must have a Master degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry to join our lab during the spring semester 2018.
