The History Discipline in the School of Historical and Philosophical Studies at the University of Melbourne is going to offer International Graduate Scholarship Opportunities in History to study in Australia. International students are eligible to apply for this scholarship program.Number of scholarships that will be awarded this year is unknown.
Scholarship award: The scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit and alignment with supervisor expertise. They offer a range of benefits including coverage of tuition costs; a fortnightly living allowance; relocation grant; and health cover.
To be eligible to apply for this program, the following criteria must be met:
-To be considered for a Graduate Research Scholarship, applicants must have applied for and meet the entry requirements for a Master of research or Doctoral degree at the University of Melbourne, or be currently enrolled in a research degree at the University of Melbourne.
-Entrance Requirements: Applicants must have their previous degree.
-English Language Requirements: Applicants must have completed tertiary studies that are at least equivalent to a 4-year honors degree at an Australian university with a minimum result of first class honors. The University of Melbourne TOEFL Institution Code is 0974. Please use this code so that applicants results can be reported to us. Some faculties may accept graduate students with a slightly lower IELTS, TOEFL, Pearson Test of English or CAE score.
