The Student Design Competition is a promising endeavor for graduate and undergraduate students who are prepared to take an interior design and architecture challenge when they see one.
The 2018 leg is particularly interesting and it may excite skilled interior designers who are still studying. They will be asked to design a new marketing and sales support office at OFS Brands Headquarters in Huntingburg, Indiana. Participants may use a wide range of materials, including those of other manufacturers. However, 50% of all pieces should come from OFS Brands.
The rewards are not particularly modest with $2,500, $,1,500 and $750 being distributed between first, second and third place respectively. The prizes will be split between team members, needless to say.
In order to qualify for the race, the project will have to submitted by Monday 5 Feb 2018.
The project will surely be well noteworthy and a great opportunity for burgeoning students to really get a firm foothold in the world of design. Designer students should really give this great competition a go – it is the perfect opportunity to showcase one’s talent without worrying too much over costs and restrictions.
