The Attoscience and ultrafast optics research group at the department ICFO is now accepting scholarship applicants for 2018-2019 scholarship grants. This project is led by the respectful professor named Prof. Dr. Jens Biegert Studies is only offered in Post-Doctoral Degree programme with emphasis in the laser science and nonlinear optics with molecular research. The scholars will develop and conduct research studies along with the reputable team in a highly developed laboratories together with Dr. Jens Biegert. This scholarship is based in Spain but International students are eligible to apply regardless of race, country and status.
The Organization aims to become the center for science and technology in Spain. This ICFO scholarship will train researchers to become productive by giving them training to become effective and independent future leaders not only in the field of leadership but in academics as well for them to compete globally.
Course level programme is being offered in the Post-Doctoral Degree only. The scholarship is being awarded in the ultrafast laser science and nonlinear optics only. There will be salaries provided which will tantamount with the applicants experience.
In order to be eligible applicants must comply with the following:
- Applicants must have their Bachelor/Master’s degree
- Experience in handling pulse generation, nonlinear optics, and metrology
- Thorough knowledge in laser physics
- Show good command of the English Language
- No restrictions is implied for citizenship requirement
