COVID-19 has shown the enormous importance of networks and information technology to handle increased traffic and demands during times of crisis, including helping people find vital emergency information quickly, work online, find ways to still complete educational goals and accessing medical services effectively, as well as many more challenges that the contest winners will address in their project.
Any developer over 18 from the United States or around the world is invited to apply via IBM Systems or IBM Cloud services.
