About the Scholarship Provider:

Oxford University was the oldest institution of higher education in the English-speaking world when it first opened its doors in 1209. This year marks the university’s 800th anniversary. The university is one of the most prestigious educational institutions in the world because it is a collegiate institution and because its annual budget is over 1.3 billion pounds. Oxford University is one of the largest educational institutions in the world. It has approximately 11,700 students enrolled in its undergraduate program, 10,900 students enrolled in its graduate program, and over 13,000 academic and staff members. The university, which is organized on a collegiate level, is able to provide its students and faculty with the advantages of both a large, prominent institution and a small, interdisciplinary academic community. This is made possible by the university’s collegiate structure.

Oxford University has maintained its position as the top university in the world according to the Times Higher Education (THE) Global University Rankings for the second year in a row. The great research and innovation that has come out of this university has been credited with bringing about this success. Because of the work they did at the institution throughout the course of several centuries, its faculty members, employees, and graduates have all made a significant impact on the world. The most recent evaluation of the quality of research conducted at universities in the UK awarded Oxford University the highest overall mark. According to this evaluation, 48% of Oxford University’s research was deemed to be of world-class quality, and an additional 39% was deemed to be internationally exceptional.

You can seek support from the Oxbridge Service if you are in need of assistance with your personal statement or preparation for an interview with a successful graduate of Oxford. In addition to the university’s recent achievement of a Gold grade in the Teaching Excellence Framework, graduates of Oxford University continue to have access to some of the best job opportunities in the United Kingdom. Graduates of Oxford University can anticipate earning, on average, $43,000 in the five years after their graduation from the university. In addition to this, the University of Cambridge has the highest percentage of students in the United Kingdom who either come in first or obtain a 2:1.

The International Office at the University of Oxford provides prospective and existing students with a wide variety of services, some of which include assistance with obtaining visas and immigration status as well as adjusting to life in the United Kingdom. In addition to this, it is responsible for directing the preparations that are made for the yearly international orientation program as well as the international interviews that are held in the fall. Students from outside the United States who are enrolled at the University of Oxford and would want the opportunity to strengthen their command of the English language can make use of the Oxford Language Centre.

Any student has the right to solicit assistance from the college’s administrative personnel in complete privacy. Only 48% of the University’s research was given a grade of 4 stars, while the remaining 39% was given a ranking of 3 stars. In addition to having the highest number of researchers of world-class caliber, Oxford also topped the charts in 12 other fields of academic inquiry. All first-year undergraduate students at Oxford University are required to live in one of the university’s 38 “Colleges,” which are distinct educational institutions. The majority of these residence halls also serve a significant educational purpose, particularly for students who are in their first year of college.
