The Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), which is affiliated with Thammasat University in Thailand, offers master’s and doctoral degrees in a variety of technological fields and offers scholarships to outstanding students from universities around the world who wish to study there.

About the Scholarship Provider:

Students at Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology can receive a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng. ), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. ), Master of Engineering (M.Eng. ), Master of Science (M.Sc. ), or Doctor of Philosophy by completing the appropriate undergraduate and graduate programs (SIIT). Both master’s and doctorate degrees can be earned through these courses (Ph.D.). In the field of engineering, a bachelor’s degree can be earned in one of many specializations, including chemical engineering (ChE), civil engineering (CE), computer engineering (CPE), digital engineering (DE), electrical engineering (EE), engineering management (EM), industrial engineering (IE), management technology (MT), and mechanical engineering (ME)

SIIT provides three unique master of engineering programs: a master’s in engineering technology, a master’s in information and communication technology for embedded systems, and a master’s in logistics and supply chain systems engineering. Aside from that, it offers a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology program and a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering and Technology program.

Many universities across Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America have worked with the Institute to create exchange programs for their students and teachers. These initiatives are live and functioning at this time. These exchange programs not only allow faculty to collaborate with their international counterparts on research projects, but also allow students to enroll in courses at the partner institutions. In addition, as part of such programs, qualified professors working in other countries are often extended invitations to visit SIIT and teach courses there.

The Institute is directed by the Director and consists of several different parts, including the Administrative Divisions, the Library and Information Services Center, the five Schools, and the Department of Common and Graduate Studies (CGS). SIIT’s operations are conducted in both the Rangsit and Bangkadi campuses of Thammasat University (at Bangkadi Industrial Park).
