Scholarship details
The Zurich Graduate School of Economics at the University of Zurich is offering a Fully-funded Ph.D. Scholarship. This is awarded every year for outstanding university graduates to support them to take up their doctoral studies at the Zurich Graduate School of Economics, administered by the Department of Economics at the University of Zurich.
The fully-funded scholarship covers all university fees and living expenses, amounting up to 44,000$ US Dollar. This can be taken in Switzerland and all International students are eligible to apply.
Scholarships are offered to all graduates from around the world, the candidates with the grounds of outstanding academic merit, and ongoing support will be subject to acceptable completion of coursework. The preference might be assumed to students whose research plans contain areas of interest of the UBS International Center of Economics in Society, applications from of all areas are open.
Scholars are free to select their supervisor and have no required duties beyond the completion of the coursework and their doctorate. They do however inspire students to contribute to departmental teaching because it is in their own interest to obtain good teaching skills.
