The following documents will be of vital importance when complying with your registration: Application form, motivation letter, copy of the bank account statement, personal statement (indicating that the applicant will not participate in a job, political activity and will obey the laws and Indonesian regulations), English translated copy of degree certificate, English translated copy of the academic transcript, passport size photographs on white background (file must not be more than 200 kb), a scan of passport cover and the biodata page (minimum validity of 18 months for the 6 or 12-month visa application and a minimum validity of 30 months for the 2-month visa application), health certificate and results of the English proficiency tests.
