Finland is inviting internationals soon-to-be-PhD Students from Australia, China, Cuba, Egypt, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Mongolia, Namibia, Republic of Korea, Turkey, Ukraine and the USA are now eligible to apply for this scholarship opportunity to start their PhD studies expected to last from 3 to 9 months in Finland at the Finnish Universities or Public Research Institutes. The main objective of this project is to promote education through researches studies made by international brilliant students.

Students will be receiving a 1,700$ US Dollar grant. Students are needed to have already applied to their Ph.D. programs before applying for this scholarship and hold a master degree. When applying each student must send a completed application form, their CV, a copy of diplomas, two recommendation letters, a study plan explaining all resources, materials and everything that will be needed to complete the research project, and a motivational letter showing why this is the best opportunity for them to start this research investigation at one Finnish university.

The scholarship doesn’t require an IELTS or TOEFL, but if the students already have a proof of English Language proficiency then they can also be attached it to their applications. Successful students will have a chance to study in Finland and awarded in the field courses offered by the University.
