Scholarship details
In accordance with the generous will of Evalee C. Schwartz, her trust organization established the Evalee C. Schwarz Charitable Trust for Education Scholarship. The scholarship will provide interest-free student loans to students in their bachelor’s or master’s degree of studies. The scholarship will be based on the applicant’s financial status and performance in school where financially-struggling outstanding students could get the highest chance of landing the grant.
In order to be eligible, the applicant must be a US citizen, either by birth or as a naturalized citizen, during the application period. The applicant must also be financially in need, legally, by having an EFC or Expected Family Contribution of $5328.00 or less. This specific status msut appear in the applicant’s FAFSA or the Student Aid Report. The applicant’s school must also be in the same state as where he/she resides. There will be certain special exceptions which can be viewed through the website of the scholarship provider. The student applying for the scholarship must also show an outstanding level of commitment and performance in school.
