Scholarship details
The Emile Boutmy Scholarships was created by Sciences Po with the aim of attracting exceptional international students from outside the European Union. Candidates must be applying for the first time and must have been admitted to an undergraduate or Master’s program offered at the university.

Undergraduate Level:
The Undergraduate Program of the Emile Boutmy Scholarship can come in different forms ranging from €3,000 to €12,300 for an undergraduate study of three years. However, a scholarship of €19,000 can be offered on an exceptional basis to cover the three years of college.
Masters Level:
Similarly, the Master’s program of the Emile Boutmy Scholarship comes in different forms, beneficiaries may either receive a grant of €10,000 per year which would cover tuition fees for the two years of Masters or they would get a tuition grant of €5,000 yearly for the two years of Masters.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for this school grant you must be;
– a first-time applicant
– from a non-European Union State and your household must not file taxes within the European Union
– admitted to the Undergraduate or Master’s degree program
The scholarship is awarded on the basis of factors of excellence and depending on the type of profile which is sought for the program. Social criteria may also be taken into account.
Application Instructions:
Interested students are expected to indicate their interest in the Emile-Boutmy scholarship in the “Financial information” section of the Sciences Po application. Students will be required to provide proof of income and documents which explains their family situation.
