Scholarship details
The Scholarship was established in 2021 and is funded by the holding company of the JAM MUSIC LAB Private University, JAM MUSIC LAB GmbH.The main purpose of the Scholarship is to support enrolled degree students in the course of their studies at JAM MUSIC LAB Private University.
Eligibility & Requirements
- All international students can apply (except EU Citizens) for this scholarship.
- Applicants that have worked with music before or have been studying music in any college courses.
How to Apply
All international students should send in a stylistically musical piece, there is a choice between audio format, video file, or as links. There should be no more or less than 3 pieces of music to send in.
Applications can only be made through the international office of the applicants home institution. All applicants should look up the international office that exists in all colleges within everyone’s living district.
All international students not from Austria will need to keep in mind this: Fine the up-to-date information on the current entry and residence regulations for all EU and non-EU students. Along with information on health insurance which can be found on the Austrian Exchange Service website.
Reward
In Austria, the first year of University will cost around €35,000, however at JAM students can only start for 2 semesters. This means international students will only receive a partial amount of the €35,000. The amount presented is on a fluctuated based rating for students who many need help financially).
Deadline & Annual
The Fall deadlines are May 15 and July 1, 2022.
The Spring deadlines are December 1 and February 1, 2023.
This is an annual scholarship and there are two open windows as well as two deadline windows. It depends on whether or not students will be attending Spring and Fall.
