The Hans-Peter Wild Talent Scholarships are given out once a year, at the beginning of each winter semester, to exceptionally talented and up-and-coming students from Germany and other countries who have their sights set on earning a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of MINT (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, technology) at Heidelberg University. The MINT field encompasses subjects such as mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, and technology. The University of Heidelberg is Germany’s oldest and most prestigious open-research university. It was established in 1836. Eligibility for Scholarship.

  • In order to be considered, the applicants’ responses must demonstrate that they satisfy each of the following requirements:
  • You are applying to the Bachelor’s degree at Heidelberg University to take a MINT class for the first semester, and you have not yet finished or will not finish a course of studies at Heidelberg University before you begin your studies here (MINT subject must be studied at least 50 percent of the time)
  • You are interested in enrolling in a Master’s program and wish to take a MINT class during the first semester. You have not yet finished a studies course at Heidelberg University or you will finish a studies course there before you begin your studies.

Students from these countries can apply to East Carolina University in 2022 to pursue a Master of Science degree. If selected, ECU’s first-year master’s students will get a 20 percent tuition discount. It doesn’t matter where an overseas student currently resides if they want to attend Edith Cowan University.
