The Danish Government is delighted to announce the availability of scholarships for all Russian students. These scholarships are to pursue either bachelor, master and Ph.D. program.

Scholarships are obtainable for researchers in order to support them to study or carry out research at a Danish university or a similar institution of higher education in Denmark.

The Danish Agency main objective for Science, Technology, and Innovation is to endorse a Danish presence in international research and innovation collaboration.

The scholarships are also awarded in Danish language, culture or other fields of study related to Denmark. Bachelor level student must have studied the Danish language for at least two years to be eligible for a scholarship.

Scholarships will cover the following:

  • Scholarships for 3-12 months for Ph.D. Students.
  • Scholarships for 5-10 months for master’s students
  • Scholarships for 5-10 months for bachelor’s students

To be eligible the applicants must apply through, and be nominated by, their own national authorities. Students nominated by their national authority must be accepted by the Danish Agency for Science and Higher Education and the desired host institution in Denmark. The Danish Agency for Science and Higher Education screens all applications before furthering them onto the requested institutions for assessment and final approvals. Students should include a detailed description of the intended project of studies or research in Denmark. A certificate of English Proficiency is required.

The deadline for application is March 1, 2018.
